Refund policy

At Bellezza Beauty Shop, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from bellezzabeautyshop.com.

If your item was purchased from a retailer, online marketplace, or third-party seller, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received them, and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or order number.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back to us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Products purchased outside of bellezzabeautyshop.com
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Products showing signs of use, damage, misuse, or tampering
Items returned without prior approval

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at:

Please include:

Full name
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide next steps if your return is approved.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at admin@bellezzabeautyshop.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bellezza Beauty Shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
